Currently, Pascal is active as head coach for BSW Weert, a men’s team in the Dutch Basketball League.
In 2014 and 2015, he qualified with the Musel Pikes in Luxemburg two times in a row for the play-offs of the Total League in Luxemburg.
Since 2015, Pascal is appointed as a FIBA-expert for the Albanian Basketball Federation. During the summer of 2014, he conducted as a FIBA-instructor the national level 3 coaching course is Tunisia for the FTBB (Fédération Tunésienne de BasketBall). In december 2014, he represented FIBA as a clinician in Doha (Qatar).
After three consecutive summers of intense training by Europe’s best coaches, Pascal completed in 2013 the Fiba Europe Coaching Certificate.
Based upon his results, he was sent for 5 weeks as an assistant coach under Coach Phil Martelli (National Coach of the Year 2004) at Saint Joseph’s University (NCAA Div I, USA). Read about Pascal’s experiences on FIBA Europe’s website.
Pascal had his first professional coaching job in France during the 2012-2013 season as an assistant-coach of Arras Pays d’Artois, a women’s Euroleague team. At the same time, he was head of the youth program of the club (bronze medal U20 over France). Februari 2012, Pascal took over the women’s Belgian 1st Disivion team of Houthalen.
Passionate about coaching the game of basketball, Pascal has several international experiences in visiting clinics and the youth programs in Spain (Estudiantes Madrid) and France (INSEP). Pascal was also involved as a coach in the federal center of the Belgian Basketball Federation (Topsportschool Leuven).
